Free herbal tea is now provided daily to workshop staff to help them beat the heat and maintain safe, efficient production.
With the arrival of peak summer, the persistent high temperatures have posed significant challenges to workshop operations. To prevent heatstroke, the factory’s logistics team carefully prepares a special herbal tea with heat-relieving ingredients such as chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, and licorice. The tea is delivered to break areas in each workshop at scheduled times, allowing workers to stay refreshed throughout the day. Employees have expressed their appreciation, saying the tea not only cools them down but also makes them feel valued. “Even though it’s hot outside, the company always thinks of us—it gives us more motivation to work!” said a veteran worker from the assembly workshop.
The factory’s operations manager emphasized that employees are the company’s most valuable asset, especially during extreme heat. In addition to providing herbal tea, the company has adjusted work schedules to avoid peak heat hours, enhanced ventilation system checks, and stocked emergency heatstroke medication—all to ensure a safer working environment.
