Product description
Wheel nuts are an easy and cost-effective way to make wheels safer and more reliable, increasing production and operating efficiency. Each nut is combined with a pair of lock washers with a cam surface on one side and a radial groove on the other side.
After the wheel nuts are tightened, the cogging of the Nord-Lock washer clamps and locks into the mating surfaces, allowing only movement between the cam surfaces. Any rotation of the wheel nut is locked by the wedge effect of the cam.

JQ practices the worker’s self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, strict sampling before packaging and the delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate from JQ and raw materials test report from the steel factory.
Q2. What is your MOQ for processing? Any mould fee? Is the mould fee refunded?
MOQ for fasteners: 3500 PCS. to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.
Q3. Do you accept the use of our logo?
If you have a large quantity, we absolutely accept OEM.
Q4. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
