All production line workers, QC inspectors, technical engineers and warehouse administrators took part in the offline courses and practical site drills. Straighten (Seiton) guided our team to classify steel raw materials, finished studs, wheel nuts and processing moulds with unified labels. Every shelf, tool cabinet and logistics area was marked clearly so operators can access cutting tools, rolling thread equipment and surface treatment materials within seconds. Cleanliness (Seiso) and Sanitization (Seiketsu) targeted our cold forging, CNC machining and Dacromet coating workshops. Regular daily cleaning removes metal dust and oil residues that may contaminate fastener surfaces. Fixed sanitation standards effectively reduce flaws such as uneven coating and thread damage during production.
Standardisation (Shitsuke standard) unified operational procedures across all workshops. We formulated written rules for raw material storage, finished product inspection and cargo packing. Previously inconsistent personal working habits are now replaced with unified industrial standards. The final S, Sustain, emphasises long-term adherence instead of temporary campaign. Our management team sets weekly site inspections to maintain tidy conditions continuously.
