Hot stamping is an advanced metal plastic forming technology. The complete production process is as follows: Select high-quality alloy steel materials, cut into fixed sizes, and heat the steel evenly to 950℃-1150℃ by high-frequency induction heating equipment to reach the metal plastic critical point. Then, high-pressure forging is completed at one time with hydraulic equipment and custom precision molds.

High-temperature metal has excellent ductility. Hot stamping compacts internal cracks and pores, forms continuous metal flow lines, and optimizes the internal structure of steel. Compared with cold processing, this process greatly improves the tensile strength, shear resistance and fatigue resistance of bolts, effectively avoiding fracture, sliding wire and deformation under heavy load.
Our standardized hot stamping production line accurately controls heating time, forging pressure and forming size, ensuring high consistency of mass products.
